Recently Smart card chip manufacturers Starchip has took over the funding of there year LISA project . This will be helping in developing the interface between the secure RF applications. As per the company officials in the statement the dual interface manufacturing of the cards are associated with problems related to electronic module along with antennae that  has mechanical electrical problems and they will try to overcome the same.  Starchip and its partners will be working on the aforesaid solutions that will be based on low power IC  .  This is intended to allow hardware simplification, cost reduction, better reliability and improved manufacturing yield.
