1 . Please introduce Keysight to our readers? What is the industry you deal in?
Keysight is a leading provider of electronic design and test solutions. We have a global presence and offer a robust portfolio in the communications and electronic industrial sectors. Our R&D test solutions span from helping customers enable breakthroughs in 5G & 6G for physical, protocol and application layer testing. We also provide network security and visibility test solutions for the evaluation of security perimeters and network compliance. Our High-Speed Digital test solutions for semiconductor, memory and peripherals are paving way for the adoption of super speeds in data center and cloud configurations. We also offer comprehensive solutions for autonomous and electric vehicles in the R&D and manufacturing space.
Our Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools allow HSD designs to cover 800G and RF design in mmWave and THz range unlocking innovations in these complex technologies. Our Digital Twin solutions and AI augmented GUI testing software also allows user to gain immense confidence in their design and operations.
Our test solutions are designed to serve a diverse range of industries, including commercial communications, aerospace and defense, automotive, healthcare, energy, semiconductors, BFSI and general purpose electronic measurements.
2 . What are the products you have showcased at Electronica this year?
Electronica is a tradeshow to address electronic products across all industry segments and it was combined with Semicon India this year. Therefore,Keysight chose to showcase a range of solutions which address our general purpose test segment as well as specific products which enable semicon design and validation in this segment. This includes our latest InfiniiVision HD3 series oscilloscope,RF signal generators and analyzers, as well our EDA tools.
3. Could you tell us more about your newly launched 14-bit HD3 oscilloscope?
Keysight launched the advanced 14-bit precision oscilloscope in September this year. It is newly designed and built from the ground up with a custom application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and deep memory architecture, enabling engineers to quickly detect and fix signal issues in a variety of applications.The InfiniiVision HD3 series delivers four times the signal resolution and half the noise floor of other general-purpose oscilloscopes.
Engineers need an oscilloscope that can measure the smallest and most infrequent signal glitches beyond the noise to correct product issues. The new Keysight HD3 Series oscilloscope meets this challenge by giving digital designers and engineers the highest vertical resolution through a 14-bit ADC and a 50 µVRMS low noise floor that can detect the smallest signal anomalies.
4 . Please shed light on your software solution?
Keysight has a wide range of software solutions enabling RF as well as digital component and system design, simulation through digital twin and AI based GUI testing.
Our next generation integrated EDA software helps engineers and scientists to simplify multi domain insights across RF, Microwave, 5G/6G and High-Speed Digital (HSD) throughout the design cycle.
Keysight also offers AI powered software test automation tools that can help speed releases (Cliosoft software), improve testing accuracy and streamline regression testing (Eggplant Software).
This way our software design and test solutions complement our standard test portfolio to provide complete end to end product insights to our customers.
5 . What is Keysight’s goal for 2025? What does the action plan look like?
