In New Delhi many of the  motorist have been challaned for teh violation of teh plan applied by teh Delhi Government of Odd and even . Undwe which around 710 motorist were taken into considerations , where Monday was teh full working day and the number was significantly less as caught in previous days.  Delhi police is all set to issue challans to 454 violators just in case to drive odd numbered vehicles on even day.
