Autotalks has recently licensed the CEVA XC  Communications for their upcoming generation of vehicle to everything chipset that is V2X.

Under this V2X technology vehicles would be allowed to connect with other vehicles V2V and motorcycles V2M and pedestrians V2P and infrastructure V2I. This will be made possible within Wireless Range of safety and mobility using applications to share the warnings and other unseen hazards that can co-ordinate with traffic signals minimise the traffic and Queuing.
