Toshiba has recently introduced two new MOSFETS that will be house in a compacts package of SOT 1118 namely SSM6L6 1NU and SSM6L61NU. These MOSFETS are claimed to provide a low drain source on resistance with high heat dissipation features to make them suitable for technology related to power management switches and DC to DC converters in all the mobile devices such as tablets and Smartphones that can be used for battery management applications as well to switch the applications with USB type C interfaces .
