Infineon Technologies had been adding a number of driver Compact family of galvanized isolated Gate driver IC in their family with the package of 300 m i l devices that will be supplied in a DML 8  300 MIL package .These devices will offer creepage distance to improve the thermal behaviour in various Technologies and hardware by providing pic with an input to output isolation voltage of 1200 volts to target applications related to charging stations of electric vehicles welding equipments and commercial and agricultural vehicles.
