Microchip has recently launched MPLAB Xpress that is basically a cloud based integrated development environment comonly known as IDE that is claiming to provide a way to just kick start with PIC MCUs. This will be a free IDE that will be provided to the developers to get hand on with PIC MCU , it will also include a set of library that has some validating codes in it just to explain the interface coding of the MPLAB .
According to the professor working on it Mr Robinson the users will be allowed to access te whole web and then compile it to just download the xpress evaluation board .
