2015 was the year when SR Electro formally entered electronic industry as an individual entity. To begin with SR Electro started formal operation from a small office in New Delhi with a team of 3 individual. It was important at the beginning for SR Electro to take care of lighting business so they started with a small product line in LED segment with a blend of product and services for the same. Later, after two years we moved to a new office and started up with their own research and development facility fully dedicated for the development and testing of novel range of lighting and industrial products to the market for which have a proper alignment of different teams for various product segments. Presently, SR Electro has a team of 30 employees on their payroll and 10 contract based employees which are segregated amongst different departments of the company. Over the years SR Electro was also able to expand their horizon from New Delhi – NCR region to PAN India and have also succeeded to scale up their operations at various locations amongst metropolitan with compounded product lines of LED, Electronic components and Kitting. MSME scrutinized SR Electro at various levels and awarded SR Electro amongst the fastest growing companies in the industry.
Ever since the incorporation of SR Electro, had to brawl with the competitors and other paradigm of the segment for attaining the recognition they foresighted for. Even after being new to the segment during the initial phase SR Electro was able to generate quite more than the expected revenue in the first year. This not just helped in build confidence of the company but also lead to add more segments to existing product catalogue. Which in turn multiplied the revenue mode for SR Electro in every fiscal year. For the years 2019 and 2020 there was slight setback due to pandemic issue where the targeted revenue was not met to expectation still survived to achieve handsome figures by the end of the fiscal year.
Other than the focus on vision and customer centric approach SR Electro also implies “being human first” approach where they believe their foundation is built on intentionality for employees. Hence, time to time conduct various programs and interventions to strengthen bond between company and its employees.
