Techmezine Electronics Media had the pleasure of interacting with Ruban from ITECH Electronics India at Electronica 2024. Introducing the company, he said, “ITECH is one of the leading test solution providers for various industries worldwide. We are in the power electronics sector where we supply AC/DC power suppliers, electronic loads, grid simulators, PV simulator, regenerative power system, battery test solution, and many more. We have been in India for many years, and we have our install base in various places in India.”

When asked about the products being showcased this year, he walked us through the variety that was being displayed at their booth. Introducing us to the products, he said, “We are showcasing the IT-6000C series, which is a bi-directional power supply, max. output voltage up to 2250V; We are showcasing the grid simulator IT-7900P series. And we also have IT-2800 series source and measure unit, combing 6 units into one. Besides, IT-M3900C, a regenerative bidirectional programmable DC power supply, can also be used as an electronic load.”

Further we also wanted to know what makes the products of ITECH stand out in the Indian market.
Answering which, he highlighted ITECH’s advanced technologies and various applications. When compared with other OEMs, the pricing, performance, and service support is tremendous. Explaining further, he said, “India customer always prefers ITECH as a brand. If you see a 42-kilowatt power supply in a 3U size, you might be amazed by the ultra-high power density but this is something we have achieved in the market, which can up to 10MW in parallel connection. Those instruments can be applied well to different industries, like EV＆Automotive Electronics, Industrial Electronics,Residential/C&I/Large-scale Energy Storage (PV, Wind), Battery, Semiconductor, LEDs, Research and Education etc. Basically, if you go with higher power ratings also, we have the best solutions available with us for all the products that we have. And every year, we innovate new products. So, in every three months, six months, there is a new product launch, which rules the market.”
ITECH had a wonderful experience exhibiting at Electronica-2024 as it was a great chance to know about the expectations of the customers and show them the products that they have available. As a closing remarks, Ruban said, ““You name any industry, we have our install base there.”
