ALPHA® HiTech® CF31-4026:
Our recently launched ALPHA® HiTech® CF31-4026 is an advanced reworkable edgebond that reinforces BGA components in automotive, high-performance computing, and other high-temperature applications, ensuring durability and reworkability for uncompromised reliability. Designed to exceed automotive standards, it delivers superior board-level reliability while allowing rework at relatively low temperatures.
Question 3) Tell us about ALPHA® HiTech® CF31-4026, how was the response to it by the visitors?
Electronic devices are becoming increasingly complex, with manufacturers facing significant challenges in ensuring product reliability, particularly in demanding environments. ALPHA® HiTech® CF31-4026 rises to meet these challenges by delivering exceptional thermal cycling performance, improved adhesion, and superior board-level reliability for critical BGA components
With its innovative reworkable design, ALPHA HiTech CF31-4026 provides manufacturers with greater flexibility. It allows for component removal at lower temperatures, starting from 185°C, enabling quick rework and reducing material waste. This makes it an ideal solution for advanced manufacturing applications where both process efficiency and sustainability are integral.
Question 4) What are your plans for the Indian market in 2025?
In 2025, our strategic focus for the Indian market is to expand MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions business by integrating a wider range of Polymer products [Electrolube brand] into our portfolio. We are also strengthening our presence in emerging verticals within the Semiconductor Division, catering to the evolving demands of advanced packaging and thermal management.
A key area of growth is the EV sector, where we are enhancing solutions for battery systems, power electronics, and charging infrastructure. Beyond EVs, we are actively addressing high-growth industries such as consumer electronics, industrial automation, and telecom, ensuring our solutions align with the industry’s technological advancements.

Source India 2025 has been a great opportunity to strengthen our engagement with EMS partners. We received strong interest in Electrolube’s thermal management, conformal coatings, and encapsulation solutions, which are critical for enhancing product reliability.
EMS companies also explored our new semiconductor division offerings for advanced packaging and PCB assembly. These discussions have helped us align our solutions with their needs, reinforcing MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions as a trusted partner in their manufacturing processes.
