Peugeot Citroen and Tata Motors are set to have talks again for partnership proposals. This might result in production and distribution of French Cars in Indian automobile market. If this talk fruits up than the production could start in Sanand Plant in Gujarat. The factory was actually started up to produce and manufacture Nano India’s mini car, but unfortunately this idea was resulted into a sluggish and fall of Tata shares in auto market.

PSA has emerged out to be a well established auto industry under the chairmanship of Carlos Tavares that now they are reviving some of the foreign plans. Under which they are trying to launch 208 hatchback, 308 sedan and the 2008 crossover in India market. They are also having talks with other car makers like Hindustan Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra and  General Motors who are not producing ambassadors since last year. Although Tata will be the main market contender. This tie up will be including the designing and manufacturing of engine and vehicle platforms.
