Acromag has recently announced a  6U VME single board computer based on the 4th Generation Intel Core™ i7 processor. This board will be featuring a 8 series of QM87 PCH chipset that has two ruggedised SODIMMs that are upto 16 Gbyte and that is removable memory along with 32 GB flash. SBC featuring the dual PMC/XMC series sites is highly programmed and has a DVI-D display that limits the heat sensitive applications as well. This board is also available with heating options and expansions.
