This is a FPGA based application that has been developed with greater speed and efficiency for which IBM and Xilinx has collaborated an are taking help of clouds based approach . This partnership is making the development environment been hosted by the IBM super vessel cloud service that will be initiating it.

According to Supervessel of IBM it is a virtual Rand D system that has been incorporated for developers , system designing and research purposes. This will be allowing the developers and the project to work on pilot basis for the new applications.  It also makes way to application developers to explain and describe the algorithms on  OpenCL, C, and C++ , then compile them directly to acceleration boards featuring Xilinx FPGAs.
