Power Integration are upto releasing there Inno Switch Cp range that is the offline Cv/VV flybacks and will be used as a switching IC . These devices will be incorporated in the power outputs consoles that will be paired with adaptive volatge protocols like the Qualcomm Quck Charge 3.0 and also the USB PD . it is all together claimed to be a smart mobile device that will be optimizing the charging slot timings and thus minimising all the thermal management of the system cost.
InnoSwitch-CP ICs use Power Integrations’ FluxLink technology which is said to optimise the effectiveness of output synchronous rectification, resulting in efficiency of 90%. It will be used in the universal power chargers that have 22W similar applications.
