Panasonic has recently given out a nanopower Bluetooth smart module that will be used in Internet Of Things. This is a PAN1760 series Bluetooth smart mobile V4.1 and will have an integrated antennae and the GATT profile that is claimed to be very cost effective.  It will utilize low power  and  a true system on the chip solution thus suitable for the applications such as data transfer to smartphones/tablets, wireless health monitoring, smart home, general industry, and portable applications.

The PAN1760  equipment module is based on the single chip TC3667 -006 that is a semiconductor device. This has an integrated 32 bit memory RAM that will be used to store the coding of the application. It will also have RF transistor is programmable and has 52 kbit EEPROM.
