Researchers at Berkeley Labs that is in US says that the nanowires will be very small take it as 200nm that will be taking range of light including that of the green and blue wavelength. The team believes in the fact that this new development will be supporting the new latest emission of the bright and the stable laser lights that will be taken as the optoelectronics. Nanoscale lasers could bring optical communications to handheld devices.

This team will be taking the opportunities to test many other materials by the same technology and learn  the new performances tat can be inbuilt in them.
