UAlberta electrical engineering PhD student Gem Shoute who is second from right is the author of the new research paper that is basically demonstrating the latest powerful transistor. This team in the picture includes Electrical engineers  Doug Barlage, Triranta Muneshwar, Shoute and materials Ken Cadien.  This team at the University of Alberta has invented the transistor that will be bringing the revolution in the electronic devices of thin filmed.

This team has explored a whole new way to use the thin films transistor known as TFT which will be in low power and low frequency devices as well same as the device from which you are reading right now. This will help in challenging new developments in the new material thus improving the transistors.
