Toshiba storage and electronic device company has recently announced the launch of  its opto isolated I GBT  Gate Bridge driver IC that has enhanced functions in terms of protective nurse and vehicle inverters of all the electric and hybrid vehicles.  they have named there’s free driver IC TB9150FNG. The inverter control in the electric and hybrid vehicles are being used efficiently to drive the motor cars.  they have functions to operate on different operating voltages and remain isolated from each others for securing device like photo coupler.
