IDT that is Integrated Device Technology has recently introduced a hardware and software combined solution that is claiming to simplify the processing of IEEE 1588 synchronisation of the networks and communication equipments.  This is termed as 82P339 xx-1 product that is composed of IEEE 1588 synchronisation software and the SMU unit that manages it synchronisation.
