Panasonic has recently  developed a soft, flexible, and stretchable polymer resin film that will be used in  stretchable resin technology.  the company is stating that it will be proving a transporting electrode material also along with a conductive paste with the film.This insulating film can stretch upto 2.5 times its length and thus can easily return to its original shape and size easily on releasing.   It is a hard to find conventional flexible material. For example, it is said to enable the construction of soft and stretchable electronic devices that are adaptable to a variety of forms.

Panasonic has eventually developed a base material for developments and manufacturing of the conductive paste and material that will be conductive even when repeated stretch and release cycles are going on.
