Toshiba has recently launched its new microcontroller named  TMPM37AFSQG microcontroller (MCU) that will be the latest addition to its microcontroller list and to the ARM cortex M3 based TX03 series of its controllers. It is to be claimed as the world’s smallest vector control MCU that will be incorporated in an original controller  along with Vector engine plus and the DC motor control. The TMPM37AFSQG it contains the pre driver facility that will automatically drive the mosfet in the small applications like server fans, cooling fans, electric fans and ceiling fans  and pumps.

It will be having a maximum frequency of 40 MHz that will be operational in the range of  4.5 to 5.5V with the pre-driver operating at 6 to 32V. This IC is alos claimed to have low noise motor control and will omprove its performance .
