Recently it has been announced by TTA of Europe that they will provide Bourns 15 volt bidirectional high current power TVS diode that can be used in high powered DC bus clamping application. Accordingly the device PTVS3015C can work in  range of PT vs 3 series and is claim to go wild current protection for 3 kilo ampere at the temperature range of 25 degree Celsius and used under typical applications to provide  excellent surge response versus temperature.
