Toshiba is coming up with a new launch under the series of transistors that is TBD62783A that is believed and claimed to be a highly efficient transistor with a  DMOS FET type of output.

It will be cutting the power use by 40 percent and will be provided for all suitable technological applications that include the Led drivers. It has also launched the TBD62083A series along with the DMOS FEt  oputput driver for succession the bipolar transistors and motor along with LED drivers applications. All  devices support high-voltage, large-current drive with absolute maximum rating of the output being 50V/0.5A..
