to ensure this they have prepared a mandate that warning signals include candidates not picking up calls, family members answering the phone to say the candidate is not well would be taken as blacklisting conditions. This raise in drop out offers is larger than any other sector as product management or IT sectors being on the minimum grounds.

“Candidates do this by having an offer in one hand from other companies an waiting for rest of the offers so that they can choose the best under their notice period ,” said Kamal Karanth, managing director at Kelly Services & Kelly OCG, India. under which IIT, NIT, ITM candidates are more likely candidates who drop offers vigorously.

under the study, it has been came across that a senior manager who drops from Flipkart at the end point to take up offer from rivalry company wants more responsibility, bigger roles, productivity, growth etc, that becomes hectic for the companies to retain the talent and offer the same hikes. Causing the talent to go undertable and money to retain its priority over the talent. The companies want talent and at times they are willing to pay upto 60 % hike to attract the talent towards them.
